Dave Matthews Band, bazen DMB olarak da kısaltılır, 1991'de Charlottesville, Virginia'da kurulan Amerikalı müzik grubudur. Şarkıcı-söz yazarı ve gitarist Dave Matthews, basçı Stefan Lessard, kemani Boyd Tinsley, baterist Carter Beauford ve saksofonist LeRoi Moore tarafından kuruldu.
